I couldn’t be happier with how easy the site was to use, the incredibly frequent email updates on every detail that changed the minute it did so, and the personal attention of Ira. Yes, I understand this is my first transaction. I also understand that the people who used previous services like this had many successful transactions before things went awry. However, because this service is new, Ira personally called me to update me in addition to the automatic emails. He did this because he wanted to keep me up to speed on the status, but also for feedback on how every step was perceived as a user. He is evolving this site constantly and has a great attention to detail. For those of you who choose to sign up an use it, please know he is serious when you have even the smallest suggestion for improvement and it will be applied as soon as they can. I personally enjoyed helping him make a very well done site and process even smoother. He wants it to be the best, and it shows.
Just a side note about using customer to customer transactions through your bank. Both parties must be customers of the same bank I believe. At least this is the case with Bank of America. I am not sure about Wells Fargo.

I’m trying to get more people using PistolPay because that only helps us out in the end – I just bought a firearm on GunBroker and had to send a money order from Orlando to New Mexico Priority Mail so we can get it sent back to us ASAP. It’s a total waste of time and everyone knows it, but too many people are stuck in their ways with not trusting the internet and blah blah blah (old people talk!). I have my personal firearm up for sale on the Beretta Forum before taking it to GunBroker and state clearly that PistolPay is my preferred form of payment!

Just registered for PistolPay, glad that we finally have a mode for the recreational shooting community to be able to conduct business just like the rest of the world without fear of hassle. Thank you for a great product and service!
